Hi, I'm Cyril, and I'm a certified English trainer with over 4 years of working experience. My teaching philosophy is centered on creating a positive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment where students feel comfortable learning, making mistakes, and developing their skills with confidence. As an online teacher, I believe that creating the right atmosphere is especially important because students learn best when they feel relaxed, encouraged, and actively involved in the lesson. I believe that mistakes are a natural and valuable part of the learning process. Rather than making students feel discouraged by their errors, I try to correct them in a fun and constructive way. My goal is not only to correct a mistake in the moment, but also to help students become more aware of their own errors so that they can recognize and correct them independently in future conversations. I also believe that students should genuinely understand what they are learning rather than simply memorize rules. When a concept is complex, I break it down into simpler, clearer steps and use explanations and examples that make the idea easier to understand and remember. I adapt my explanations to the individual learner because I recognize that students do not all learn in the same way. Ultimately, I aim to create lessons where students feel supported, challenged, and motivated to participate. My goal is to help learners become not only more accurate and proficient, but also more confident and independent communicators.
