Nicole LoStracco

Hi, I’m Nicole! I’m a first-grade special education teacher who helps young learners build skills in reading, writing, and math. Before becoming a teacher, I spent seven years as a paraeducator, supporting students with a wide range of learning needs. My lessons are encouraging, engaging, and tailored to each student’s strengths, interests, and goals. I break skills into manageable steps and use clear explanations, visuals, and hands-on practice to help learning click. Building relationships is at the heart of my teaching—I want students to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and trying again. Together, we’ll work toward stronger academic skills, greater independence, and confidence that extends beyond our lessons. My goal is for every student to feel supported, celebrate their progress, and discover what they’re capable of!
